Novo Nordisk is expanding its manufacturing and aseptic production site in Anagni, and we are looking for Maintenance & Engineering professionals to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality operations.

The Positions

We need experts at all levels—from hands-on technicians to experienced maintenance supervisors—who are passionate about problem-solving, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement.

Open Roles Include:

• Maintenance Technicians & Associates : Hands-on maintenance of aseptic production lines, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring equipment efficiency.
• Repair & Maintenance Supervisors : Oversee maintenance teams, manage spare parts inventory, and optimize reliability processes.
• Process Support Engineers: Technical experts in equipment validation, commissioning, and process improvements.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on advanced manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Manage and optimize spare parts inventory and procurement.
• Lead technical investigations and continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure full compliance with cGMP standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strong knowledge in automation
• Good command of the English & Italian languages

Qualifications

• Background in mechanical/electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, or related fields.
• Experience Level: Open to both early-career professionals and experienced specialists in aseptic production.
• We welcome relevant experience from various industries.

Facility expansion in Anagni refers to the mission and organisation established to expand fill and finish manufacturing capacity in Novo Nordisk using a standardized  approach, Programme ambition is comprised of some pillars such as create flexibility to handle multiple products and formats , be at the forefront of technology, with digital facilities  that deliver the highest quality of products to patients.
